Doraiswami previously served as an additional secretary at India’s Ministry Of External Affairs, and as Indian Ambassador to the Republic of Korea. The newly appointed Indian High Commissioner Vikram Kumar Doraiswami is scheduled to arrive in Dhaka on Monday to take up his diplomatic assignment.
